We have had a fantastic time. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very helpful. I would especially like to mention Lale from guest relations, kerim from FB who have made our stay incredibly relaxing and have solved all our problems. They both were very polite and provided impeccable service for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Istanbul.

Excellent stuff, excellent service, All of service was implacable, very very attentive Mr. Nuri and Lale from guest relations, we definitely will come back, this is only place to stay in Istanbul, cleaning also was perfect

We were here for honeymoon. We loved the staff at the rixos pera, especially emre at the front desk. I would recommend istanbul im general and rixos pera in particular for all future travelers. The views and the ambience at the hotel were amazing
